Sometimes you have these hunches – moments when you have a sudden urge to do something that may be uncomfortable for you. Let’s say you know you need to become fitter and you’re walking past a gym. You suddenly get an urge to walk in and workout, but right away you come up with 10 reasons why this is a bad idea and dismiss it. This was your subconscious mind giving you a hint of what will get you closer to your goals.
